初めまして！ホームページをご覧くださり誠に有難うございます。

金子技建 代表の金子治です。これまで、墨出し業を専門とし２０年以上となり、沢山の現場に関わらせていただきました。

振り返れば、ここまで歩んでこれたのも、一重に支えてくださいました皆様のお陰であります。心より深く感謝申し上げます。

墨出しは「現場の基準点を作る仕事」です。ここで生まれるわずかな狂いが、後工程すべてに影響します。だからこそ、私は一本の墨に妥協しません。

CADを扱える職人として、図面と現場の矛盾にいち早く気づき、職長・監督の皆様へその場で的確に報告・提案することを大切にしています。全国はもちろん、離島の現場であっても、喜んで伺います。

基本的に現場初日は私自身が立ち会いますが、複数現場が重なる場合は、信頼できる外注パートナーが責任を持って対応いたします。「ここに頼んでよかった」と思っていただけるよう、これからも一本一本に魂を込めて墨を出してまいります。

I'm Osamu Kaneko, representative of Kaneko Giken. I have been specializing in precision layout (sumidashi) work for over 20 years, and have been involved in a great number of jobsites throughout my career.

Looking back, I owe everything to the many people who have supported me along the way. I am deeply and sincerely grateful to each and every one of you.

Layout work means setting the reference point for the entire site — even a fraction of a millimeter of error here affects every process that follows. That's why I never compromise on a single line.

As a certified CAD operator, I catch contradictions between drawings and reality early, and report them clearly and quickly to foremen and supervisors. Mainland or remote island, I go wherever the job is.

I'm personally on site for the first day of every project. When multiple jobs overlap, a trusted subcontract partner takes over with the same standard of responsibility. I put my full focus into every single line — so you're glad you called me in.

  2. 02

    内容確認・お見積もりReview & Quotation

    図面と作業内容を確認し、基本人工（30,000円＋消費税・諸経費実費）または請負一式のお見積もりをご案内します。

    After reviewing the drawings and scope of work, we'll provide a quote — either a standard day rate (¥30,000 + tax and actual expenses) or a full-scope estimate.

  3. 03

    施工日程の確定（本発注）Schedule Confirmation (Formal Order)

    現場ごとの高い施工精度と確実な人員配置を担保するため、「前工程の完了が確定した段階での本発注」をお願いしております。（※仮押さえ等は行わず、1現場ずつ責任を持って専任技術者と機材を確保いたします）

    To guarantee precision and reliable staffing for every site, we ask that formal orders be placed once the preceding process is confirmed complete. (We do not take provisional bookings — a dedicated technician and equipment are secured for each site individually.)

  4. 04

    現場施工On-Site Work

    最新の測量機材（トータルステーション・レーザー等）を持参し、丁寧かつスピーディーに墨出しを行います。

    We bring the latest survey equipment (total stations, lasers, etc.) and carry out layout work carefully and efficiently.

  5. 05

    完了確認・お引き渡しFinal Check & Handover

    元請け様お立ち会いのもと通り芯・基準墨等をご確認いただき、作業完了となります。

    With the main contractor present, we confirm the grid lines and reference marks together, completing the work.

ご依頼いただく現場に最高の精度でお応えするため、日程確定時に専任技術者と専用機材のスケジュールを完全に確保して現場に向かわせております✊

To deliver the highest precision at every site we take on, once a schedule is confirmed we fully secure a dedicated technician and equipment for that job ✊

技術者が他現場を入れずにその日の体制を万全に整える都合上、本確定後の日程変更やキャンセルは、私たちにとって大きな負担となります🥲

Because our technician clears that entire day of any other jobs to be fully ready, a schedule change or cancellation after confirmation places a significant burden on us 🥲

やむ得ない事情でない限り、施工日の変更やキャンセルなどは極力、無いようお願いしております🙂‍↕️

Except in unavoidable circumstances, we kindly ask that changes or cancellations to the scheduled date be avoided as much as possible 🙂‍↕️
